To configure Chime Me Big Ben to chime on these, tap the Chime Settings button from the Chime Me Big Ben home screen then tapping the appropriate check boxes to enable them under the "Chiming for each quarter of the hour:" heading.
You can configure it to chime at 15 minutes past, half past, a quarter before and on each hour. This allows you to tell Chime Me Big Ben when you want it to chime.
